We collect information that you provide when you request a quote, contact us, or apply for a role. Please do not include sensitive personal information that is not necessary for your request or application.

The information we collect may include:

• Your name, company name, email address, and phone number.
• Shipment details and other information you choose to include in your quote request.
• Résumé, application, and other information you choose to send for employment consideration.
• Submission language, request identifiers, timestamps, contact preferences, marketing consent, and notification status associated with your request.
• Technical and security information, including information processed in application or security logs, operational mail-status records, and backup or recovery copies maintained by our providers or systems.
• Aggregate website-measurement data processed by Plausible Analytics, including page URL, referring website, browser, operating system, device type, and approximate country, region, or city derived from IP address. Plausible does not store raw IP addresses or full User-Agent data and does not use cookies or persistent identifiers.

We use quote and contact information to receive and respond to your request, discuss and prepare freight services, maintain the reliability of the quote process, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and establish or defend legal claims. We use applicant information to assess applications, communicate with candidates, and manage current or anticipated hiring needs. We use aggregate website-measurement data to understand how the website is used and improve its content and performance. If you opt in to news and offers, we use your contact information for that marketing and keep a record of your consent or withdrawal.

Where Georgian law applies, we may process your information to take steps at your request before entering into a contract and to pursue our legitimate interests in operating and securing our services, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights. We will rely on consent where applicable law requires it.

We do not sell or rent personal information and do not use quote-request information for unrelated marketing without a separate lawful basis.

The following parties may receive this information:

• Authorized Zido Express sales, support, administrative, and technical personnel who need the information for their work.
• Cloudflare, which provides website hosting, request processing, security services, and D1 database storage.
• Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Graph, which are used to send staff notifications and customer confirmation emails after a quote request is received.
• Plausible Analytics, which provides cookie-free, aggregate website measurement.
• Professional advisers, public authorities, or other recipients when disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights.

Cloudflare and Microsoft may process or store information outside Georgia. The exact processing locations depend on the account, service, and provider configuration and may change; we do not represent that all information remains in Georgia.

Plausible states that its visitor data is processed and stored in the European Union.

Where an international transfer occurs, we use the provider’s contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards together with a lawful transfer basis and any additional safeguards required by applicable data-protection law.

We normally retain website quote requests and résumé or application information for 12 months after submission or receipt, and then delete or anonymize it.

If a quote request becomes part of a shipment, contract, accounting, tax, legal, or dispute file, relevant information may be retained for the longer period required by applicable law or necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Technical and security information, operational mail-status records, and backup or recovery copies are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for security, operations, and recovery, subject to applicable provider and legal requirements.

Subject to applicable law, you may ask whether we process your information and request access, a copy, correction, completion, deletion, termination or restriction of processing, or portability where applicable. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent and may complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia or a court.

To exercise these rights, withdraw marketing consent, or ask what personal information we hold, email [email protected] with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. Please provide enough information for us to identify the relevant record. We may verify your identity before responding. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. Some requests may be limited where information must be retained by law or is needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

We use Plausible Analytics for cookie-free, aggregate website measurement. Plausible does not use cookies, browser storage, or persistent identifiers, and we do not use it for advertising or cross-site profiling. Hosting, security, and analytics providers may process technical data needed to deliver, protect, and measure the website.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

This business website is not directed to children. Please do not submit information about a child unless it is necessary, lawful, and you are authorized to do so.
