Zido Express was founded in Tbilisi with a simple idea: bring the experience and operating standards of international freight forwarding into an independent company built around personal service, accountability, and practical problem-solving.
Our roots go back more than 15 years, through hands-on logistics work in Georgia and the United States and experience within major global freight-forwarding organizations. That background spans air, ocean, road, and rail freight—from routine international shipments to specialized, high-value, and time-critical cargo.
Zido Express brings that experience together under one company. We are based in Georgia, but our work is not limited by geography. We coordinate shipments between origins and destinations worldwide, working across borders, time zones, carriers, and transport modes to keep cargo moving.
We built Zido Express to offer customers something straightforward: experienced people who take ownership of their shipments, communicate clearly, and stay involved from the first request through final delivery.

Founder & CEO
Natia Burjaliani is the Founder and CEO of Zido Express. Her career in international logistics has included senior operational and leadership roles in both Georgia and the United States.
She has worked across air, ocean, road, and rail freight, with experience managing specialized and complex cargo, developing operational procedures, and leading freight teams. Natia founded Zido Express to apply this broad operational experience to building a freight forwarding company in Georgia with a strong international perspective.

Georgia with an International Perspective
For centuries, Georgia has stood at the crossroads of Europe and Asia, connecting markets, cultures, and trade routes across the Caucasus. Today, that geographic position is taking on renewed importance as global supply chains look for more diverse connections between East and West.
